July 4th Fireworks Spectacular with Steve Martin
July 2-4, Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles

July – September 7, Hammer Museum, Los Angeles
The Hammer’s biennial exhibition Made in L.A. 2014 features works by 35 Los Angeles artists with an emphasis on emerging and under recognized artists. It debuts recent work and new painting, installation, video, sculpture, photography, and performances created specifically for the exhibition. Made in L.A. 2014 is installed in every gallery at the Hammer Museum. The exhibition is organized by the Hammer chief curator Connie Butler and independent curator Michael Ned Holte. The exhibition is accompanied by a comprehensive hardcover catalogue, as well as a full roster of free public programming.

Concerts on Canon, the live music series presented by City of Beverly Hills, returns for summer 2014! Enjoy live music under the stars in the heart of Beverly Hills at Beverly Canon Gardens, located walking distance from The Beverly Hilton. Plentiful seating provided on a first-come basis with open grass area open for picnic blankets, tables and chairs. The free converts are held at 6:00pm and 7:15pm.
