Each room in the Executive Meeting Center contains the following features: built-in drop down screen, built-in white board, individually climate controlled, accessible to The Oasis for outdoor meals and breaks, built-in registration desk at entrance, ceiling mounted high lumen LCD projector, 8 ft. ceiling mounted, motorized projection screen, dual house sound systems for both mic and line level audio, accessible to independent loading dock.
Suited to more intimate general sessions than other, larger rooms within the Beverly Hilton, the Whittier Room is also perfect for the larger breakout meeting. Its location at the end of the Executive Meeting Center corridor also helps to make the Whittier Room an extra-quiet setting.
Private and professional, the Board Room is ideally suited to corporate and advisory board meetings. Beautifully appointed and supported by all the amenities of the Executive Center, the Board Room also features a spacious board-level table that can easily accommodate up to 18 individuals.
Quiet and soundproof, these Executive Meeting Center rooms are ideal for mid-sized breakout meetings and meals. El Camino, Brighton and Roxbury feature a wall of windows which provide natural light and a pleasing ambience.
