As we unveil a comprehensive $35 million top-to-bottom renovation, guests can experience fully renewed guest rooms, including nine private luxury suites, by appointment only fitness center and redesigned public spaces including the lobby.

Hilton CleanStay

Created in collaboration with Lysol and Dettol maker RB and Mayo Clinic Hilton’s CleanStay with Lysol protection protocols incorporate hygiene standards such as: the CleanStay room seal to indicate a guest room has not been accessed since being cleaned, extra disinfection of high-touch areas in rooms, guest accessible disinfecting Lysol wipes, enhanced cleaning for fitness centers, reduced paper amenities, contactless check-in and check-out, markers to indicate safe distancing, boosted cleaning frequency of public areas and disinfecting in high-traffic areas.

Going Above and Beyond

In addition to the new Hilton CleanStay with Lysol protection program, The Beverly Hilton has engaged International SOS/Corporate Medical Advisors, the world’s leading medical and security services company, to develop a bespoke safety plan including advanced, hospital-grade sanitization technology.  Xenex UV Robots – confirmed effective against SARS-COV-2- will be deployed in public restrooms, elevators, kitchens, meeting rooms. Emist electrostatic disinfectant sprayers that are eight times more effective than using typical spraying devices will be used in all guest rooms and public areas. The environmentally responsible LEED and Green Seal approved cleaner and disinfectant, Pathosans, will also be used to effectively destroy pathogens.

See and Be Seen… at a Distance

Boasting the largest pool in Beverly Hills with ample space for physical distancing, guests can enjoy the summer sun with reserved chaise lounges and pool menus and then retreat to their new renovated guest rooms. Guests can continue to play outdoors without ever having to leave the property at the hotel’s Wilshire Garden, which features intimate outdoor lounging nooks to enjoy cocktails and games with your social “pod.” For those looking to explore further, some of the city’s best restaurants and shopping are only a short walk away.

Dine at Your Comfort

MERCATO, The Beverly Hilton’s all new casual dining concept, offers guests the convenience to enjoy individually packaged meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sample for freshly baked pasties, seasonal salads and sandwiches, hand-made pizza and other delectable bites which can be enjoyed in the comfort of your room or in outdoor dining areas set with physical-distancing guidelines in mind.  MERCATO is open from 7am to 10pm daily.  Or enjoy a short walk to our sister property Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills to enjoy The al-fresco dining hotspot, The Rooftop by JG. Open daily for breakfast from 8am to 11am, lunch from 11am to 3pm and dinner from 5pm to 10pm with socially-distanced seating available and reservations required for all guests.

Precautionary measures will be seen around the hotel to ensure your wellness, including markers to indicate safe distancing, face covering for all team members, contactless service as possible and sanitization systems in high-traffic areas.
